At Pehravaa, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not offer refunds except under exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, which will be reviewed at our sole discretion.

We only provide exchanges in cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue. This allows us to evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly.

An unboxing video of the product is mandatory to process any claims.
